Deep fakes are everywhere

For instance when Donald Trump posted his speech after the assassination of Charlie Kirk

This is going to be a quick one, just while things are still hot . It kind of touches on something that used to be in my ball park.

This is the address that Donald Trump delivered, thankfully archive.is captured that tweet a bunch of times. Below is the link to the tweet, but because no one knows how long it is going to stay up, I used archive.is as source.

Then someone took a closer look at the video and found something odd.

He focused on the hands. Since I do have some history with videos, I decided to double check that. So I used OBS and screen captured it. Then I used a free tool to crop the video down to the 2 seconds that show that hand movement.

If you don’t like the orange man, I would recommend turning off the sound. Do watch it a couple of times, though. Do pay attention to his hands. There is something even stranger going on though. I cropped the above sequence and turned it into a picture sequence. I enhanced the pictures by 300% and turned the resulting pictures into a video again.

If you you don’t see it now, watch it again and pay attention to his sleeves. Especially the one on the left side of the video.

The video that was uploaded to X, to the official account of the president of the United States of America is a deep fake. Or was at least manipulated afterwards by some AI.
